Guide Rail
The guide rails for the vertical platform lift are procured from aluminium manufacturers adhering to national standards. The aluminium beams’ thickness and hardness are in line with the necessary standards, guaranteeing the quality of the vertical lift platform.
Platform
The platform framework is engineered according to its load capacity, featuring an anti-slip patterned plate on the surface. Additionally, a 1.2m high guard gate is installed to safeguard wheelchair users or passengers. A safety panel is placed beneath the platform; if the lift encounters an obstacle during descent, it automatically stops working.
Hydraulic Cylinder
The hydraulic cylinder employed in the lift is custom-designed for hydraulic lifts and incorporates NSK seals sourced from Japan. Furthermore, the cylinder is fitted with an explosion-proof valve, enhancing its safety features.
Motor

Control System

Limit Switch
In our vertical platform lift, we employ OMRON limit switches for precise and dependable floor-level detection. As an additional safety measure, we integrate an extra final limit switch at the top floor.
Safety Brake

That’s why we’ve implemented brake safety features on our platforms to offer extra protection. In case of cylinder failure, the platform is engineered to prevent sudden drops. Instead, it will stop securely at the guardrail, guaranteeing the safety of occupants and the surrounding area.
